luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
The room was a beautifully renovated Junior Suite with modern decor that was both inviting and stylish. Breakfast was a good experience, with a generous buffet with fresh fruit and delicious eggs. Each morning, the pleasant staff greeted us with warmth and offered personalized recommendations.

The hotel had exceptionally nice and ideal location just off tram, metro and bus stops, the train terminal and Metro / Termini. The room was a nice size and nicely decorated, I loved the bed and marble bathroom.

What a shame. I am utterly shocked that there's no complimentary water beyond the first night, despite the hefty price tag. The breakfast was laughably poor, lacking essential meats. I expected some sort of special treatment for these glaring issues, but I guess I'm just a regular guest here. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review, really.

The hotel was newly decorated, location was absolutely perfect to most tourist sights, satisfactory breakfast. The staff were amazing friendly, efficient. The room was reasonably large and the facilities included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The view of a cathedral was amazing.

Typically Italian! Come on foot to the Colusseum, train station and Trevi Fountain! Right next to the hotel is a market every morning! Rooms are tidy, but a bit outdated.
Breakfast a little lean. Sometimes you have to wait until you have a place to have breakfast. Bed is not comfortable enough for me personally.

The location of the hotel is simply ingenious. The train station, Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore are really easy to reach on foot, the air conditioning worked well and the room was very quiet.
No pastry selection . On Sunday there is only bread that has already been sliced and is very dry.

The breakfast buffet is vast and diverse.
The bathroom exhaust was inadequate. It left the air feeling damp, a bit uncomfortable. The hot water took quite a while to engage, and while it wasn't a huge issue for us, it was somewhat inconvenient.

The recently renovated rooms have a modern touch and a cozy vibe. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view to unwind after a day's exploration, perfect for enjoying takeout on a warm evening.
Complimentary water is only provided on the first night, which seems a bit stingy for the price. The breakfast options are largely limited to processed foods, and the dining area is cramped-sometimes resulting in long wait times. Air conditioning issues were reported, with inconsistent performance across different rooms. A few amenities were also noted as broken, which can be frustrating.
